Process engineering & system design
Concept through detailed design for liquid and thermal process systems.
We work from a stated process requirement, covering flow, temperature, pressure, batch or continuous operation, cleanability and material compatibility, and develop the engineering package needed to build and qualify the system. Design work is documented so that your engineering, quality and operations teams can review decisions rather than accept them.

Skid fabrication & piping
Stainless fabrication, hygienic and industrial piping, modular skid build.
Systems are assembled as modules where site conditions allow, so that welding, pressure testing and dimensional checks happen in a controlled workshop rather than in a live production area. Weld documentation, material traceability and test records are produced as part of the build, not reconstructed afterwards.
Tie-in scope agreed in writing before fabrication release.

Control systems & instrumentation
Panel build, PLC/HMI application software, instrument loops and data capture.
Control scope is defined by a functional specification that names every device, interlock, alarm and operator action before software is written. Where your site standardises on a controls platform, we work inside that standard so maintenance and future changes stay with your team.
Integrates with site SCADA, MES and existing control platforms where documented.

Installation & commissioning
Site installation, tie-ins, functional testing and handover to production.
Installation is planned against your shutdown windows and permit systems. Commissioning proceeds through documented stages, including static checks, loop verification, wet testing and performance runs, with defects tracked to closure and signed off before production release.
Coordinated with site engineering, EHS and validation functions.

Modification, upgrade & service support
Retrofits, obsolescence work, capacity changes and post-handover support.
Existing plant is rarely documented perfectly. We survey what is actually installed, record it, and scope modification work against that record, including control platform migrations, added lines, instrumentation upgrades and capacity changes.
Scope, response arrangements and support hours are set per contract.

Standards and specifications
We work to the standards named in your specification.
Design codes, material requirements, weld acceptance criteria, hygienic design rules and documentation formats are set by the project specification and confirmed in writing during scope review. Where your specification is silent, we propose an approach and record the decision instead of assuming one.
We do not list certifications or approvals on this page. Prequalification documents are issued directly to your procurement or quality function on request.
